摘要
基于Fe(Ⅲ)氧化叶酸生成Fe(Ⅱ)的反应和Luminol-O2-Fe(Ⅱ)化学发光反应相偶合,建立了流动注射化学发光测定叶酸的新方法。方法检出限为2×10-7mol·L-1,RSD为1.2%(C=5×10-6mo·lL-1,n=11),方法用于叶酸片剂中叶酸的分析测定,结果满意。
A new method for determining folic acid by flow injection of chemiluminesence is developed in this paper. Thus the oxidation of folic acid by Fe(Ⅲ) is coupled to chemiluminesence redox reaction of luminol and Fe(Ⅱ). The detective limit is 2×10-7mol/L and the relative standard deviation is 1.2% for 11 measurement times to 5×10-6mol/L folic acid standard solutions. The method is used to determine folic acid with satisfaction.
