摘要
以Ba(NO3)2-TiO2-C6H7O8·H2O为体系,在600℃加热进行低温燃烧合成实验,制得粒度为 1.2~.4 μm的四方相 BaTiO3陶瓷粉体.结果表明燃烧的均匀程度对燃烧产物的相组成和微观结构有很大的影响.通过热力学分析,提出低温燃烧合成BaTiO3陶瓷粉末的形成机理.
Self-Propagating Low-temperture Synthesis(SLS) of BaTiO3 -TiO2-C6H7O8 H2O system was investigated at an initial temperature of 600 and ultrafine tetragonal BaTiO3 powder with particle size of 1.2 -1 .4 um was Prepared. It is found that the homogeneity of combustion plays a remarkable effect on phase formation and microstructure of the combustion product. The reaction mechanism of SLS BaTiO3 powder is proposed on basis of thermodynamic analysis.
