摘要
综合介绍了以硝酸盐-有机燃料混合物为原料,低温燃烧合成(LCS)陶瓷细粉的研究进展.LCS的特点是点火温度低(300~500℃),燃烧火焰温度较低(1000~1600℃),能够简便、快捷地得到氧化物或复合氧化物超细粉体.LCS法合成出的氧化物和复合氧化物有:氧化铝(包括含催化剂触媒的Al2O3)、氧化锆(包括含稳定剂的氧化锆),莫来石和尖晶石、铝酸盐、稀土铜酸盐、铬酸盐和钙钛矿型化合物等.
The research and development of the low_temperature combustion synthesis (LCS) of the ultrafine multicomponent oxides are summarized in this paper. The system of nitrate-fuel mixtures is mainly discussed. The key points in favor of LCS are as follows:low igniting temperature(300—500 ℃);relatively lower combustion flame temperature(1 000—1 600 ℃);formation of ultrafine oxide materials. The process is simple, safe and very rapid. Various oxides and compounds of multicomponent oxides, which include alumina, Ni(Pd)/alumina, mullite and spinel, aluminates, rare earth cuprites, chromites and perovskites etc, were synthesized by LCS.
