BZT系列固溶体直接湿化学法的合成与表征

摘要 在95℃下用直接湿化学法,合成了系列BaTi1-xZrxO3固溶体粉体,XRD物相分析表明,产品为完全互溶取代固溶体,SEM和AFM观察,粒子为均匀球形,粒径大约为250 nm,BZT固溶体晶相均为立方相.且分析了产品合成的影响因素,初步探讨了锆钛酸钡直接湿化学法合成机理. A series of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 solid solutions were synthesized by means of direct wet chemical method at 95℃. XRD of the series of solid solutions proved that the compounds are mutual miscible in the solid solutions. Observed through a SEM and AFM, the product is found to have a shape of uniform, substantially spherical particles with an average particle diameter of 250 nm, BZT solid solutions were confirmed that they have the crystalline of pseudo - cubic perovskite structure. In addition, the influent factors of the production synthesized by means of direct wet chemical method and synthesis mechanism have also been discussed simply.
