摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成钛酸钕,经煅烧制成粉末。采用正交实验法确定了合成的最佳工艺,并通过X衍射、扫描电镜、粒度仪、比表面积仪等对钛酸钕粉末进行表征,结果表明,用该方法合成的钛酸钕,其组成为Nd2Ti2O7,粒度(D50)为1μm^2μm,比表面积为4m2/g^5m2/g。
Nd2Ti2O7 was prepared by Sol - Gel. The optional synthetical process was determined through orthogonal experiments. The crystal structure, particle size and specific surface area of Nd2Ti2O7 were studied by X - ray, SEM, particle size device and apecific surface area instrument. The results showed that the composition of neodymium titanate synthesized was Nd2Ti2O7, the particle size was 1 to 2μm, the specific surface area was 4 to 5m^2/g.
