摘要
经济法是规范国家调节社会经济 ,保障社会经济协调、稳定和发展的法律。经济法的价值追求不是效率和公平 。
Economic Law is summarized as a law of standardizing the national adjustment on social economy with the aim of ensuring the national adjustment, promoting the development of social economy in a harmonious and steady step. That economic law's pursuit of value is either the efficency,fairness and profit or value of harmony affects not only the structure of the economic law system,but also the development of marketing economy. On the basis of the idea that market is not absolutely rational,this essay expounds that the economic law's pursuit value is economic fairness and economic fairness and economic harmony.
