摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会已经成为我国当前的主流思想和主要奋斗目标,和谐理念深入人心。而经济法具有鲜明的时代性,其价值体系亦需与时俱进,因而和谐理应进入经济法的价值体系。
The construction of socialist harmonious society has become a mainstream and a major aim in China, And economic law should keep up with the time, including its value system.So the economy harmony should be included into economic law value system.The article gives a systemic discussion about the economy harmony value of economic law from such aspects as its contents, establish criteria, the necessity of economy harmony value, scientific connotation and economy harmony value hierarchy.
