摘要
经济法的理念涵括经济法理想和信念两个方面,社会和谐作为经济法的基本理念,有其特定涵义。经济法社会和谐理念产生的背景依赖以及和经济法价值、宗旨、原则的契合,说明了社会和谐是经济法理念的应然性,经济法及其社会和谐理念和构建社会主义和谐社会之间具有密切联系。
Economic law conception includes idea and belief of economic law, social harmony which is regarded as basic conception of economic law has specific implications. The paper illustrate why social harmony is economic law conception through its background dependence and accord with its values, aims and principles, then further analyses the relations between economic law and its conception of social harmony and building socialism harmonious society.
