摘要
“数字地球”的实质是信息化的地球 ,是建设信息化社会的基础。“数字福建”引用和延伸了“数字地球”的概念。“数字福建”所开发的技术系统 ,将孵化和促进一系列高新技术产业的发展 ,形成新的经济增长点 ;并改造传统产业 。
The essence of “Digital Earth” lies in information technology, which is the basis of an information society. The term “Digital Fujian” is an extension of the concept of “Digital Earth”. The technological system in a “Digital Fujian” will serve to nurture and promote the development of a series of new and high-tech industries so as to form a new economic growth area; meanwhile it will also serve to renovate the traditional industries. The information technology will provide a new impetus for the modernization drive in Fujian.
