摘要
“数字福建”是数字化实施的重要载体之一,其建设机制对提升“互联网+”水平有重要意义。通过构建基于项目建设主体的三方博弈模型,革新“数字福建”项目的建设机制设计。研究发现,机制设计要以过程管控为目标,并需动态调整与优化。在“数字福建”项目建设过程中,要对建设机制进行创新设计,以适应高质量发展的需要。
"Digital Fujian"is one of the important carriers of digital implementation,and its construction mechanism is of great significance for upgrading the"Internet+"level.By constructing a three-party game model based on the main body of project construction and innovating the construction mechanism design of"Digital Fujian"project,it is found that the mechanism design aims at process control and needs dynamic adjustment and optimization.In the construction process of"Digital Fujian"project,innovative design of construction mechanism should be carried out to meet the needs of high-quality development.
