摘要
使用 45 μg/mL的啤酒废酵母核酸降解物处理龙眼后 ,与对照相比叶片厚度增加了 16 .80 % ,叶片鲜比重 (mg/cm2 )增加了 14.15 % ,叶片干比重 (mg/cm2 )增加了 32 .12 % ,叶绿素a增加了 6 8.88% ,叶绿素b增加了 2 7.5 0 % ,叶绿素总量增加了 5 6 .10 % .使用 40 μg/mL的核酸降解物处理后 ,能增加龙眼雌花量 ,提高雌雄花比 .座果数比对照增加了183.94% ,单株产量增加 12 8.94% .单果重增加 2 6 .5 7% ,可食率增加 11.2 9% ,可溶性固型物增加 9.5 1% ,维生素C增加14.97% ,明显地改善了龙眼的果实品质 .表 3参
After spraying with 45 μ g/mL RNA hydrolyzate of discarded brewery yeast, longan ( Dimocarpus longana Lour.) leaf thickness increased by 16.80%, leaf fresh specific weight by 14.15%, leaf dry specific weight by 32.12%, chlorophyll a by 68.88 % and chlorophyll b by 27.50%. After spraying with 40 μ g/mL, longan female flowers increased and fruits bearing rate rose by 183.94 %. The fruit output of each tree increased by 128.94%.Some other increments were found, such as the average weight of single fruit by 26.57 %, the rate of edible part by 11.29%, solid substances by 9.51% and vitaminc by 14.97%.
