摘要
新制度经济学自科斯以来逐步形成了独具特色的研究方法 ,即以案例研究为主的经验实证分析 ,这是因为制度本身的复杂性导致的。但是 ,国内的新制度经济学研究建立在对理性选择模型的简单理解的基础上 ,再加上对正式制度和非正式制度的简单两分法 ,不仅没有提炼出自己的想法 ,而且也无法有效地把握案例研究方法。
The methodology of case study which is a main body of positive analysis based on experience has been widely adopted in NIE. This methodology is similar to small sample study which was first applied by R·H·Coase,and fits in with complication of institution and institutional evloution.But the model of rational choice is popular in the study of NIE in China,because those economists believe that to make it a main stream is more important than to know precisely the process of institutional change,which in fact hindered economists from developing NIE further in China.
