摘要
技术创新是企业生存与发展的根本保证 ,也是一个地区、一个国家经济增长的主要根源。为了更好地推动我国各地区的技术创新 ,为宏观政策的制定和宏观管理决策提供依据 ,有必要对我国技术创新能力的区域差异及其特征进行定性和定量分析 。
Technology Innovation is not only the fundamentality guarantee of the existence & development of an enterprise, but also the origin of economic increases in a region or a country. In order to well promote the technology innovation in all parts of China and provide basis for the making of macro policy and the macro management, it's highly necessary to analyze the regional differences of technology innovation capability and explore its related factors with the qualitative and quantitative methods.
