摘要
采用 RP- HPL C法测定盐酸伊立替康及注射液的含量和有关物质。用十八烷基键合硅胶为固定相 ,0 .0 5 m ol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H4.0 ) -甲醇 -乙腈 (4 5∶ 5 5∶ 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm,最低检出量为 0 .2 ng,线性范围 10～10 0 mg/ L (r=0 .9998) ,精密度 (RSD)为 0 .0 12 % ,平均回收率为 99.0 % ,RSD=0 .0 13%
A RP HPLC method was developed to determine irinotecan hydrochloride and its injection. A C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH4.0) methanol acetonitrile(45∶55∶5). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, the detective limit was 0.2 ng. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10~100 mg/L with r =0.9998. The RSD was 0.012% and the average recovery was 99.0%( RSD =0.013%).
