摘要
利用人工气候箱,在幼穗发育的不同时期和光期、暗期中用不同温度处理W6154S,观察其育性转换的感温特性.结果表明:在145小时的长日照条件下,温度对W6154S育性转换有明显作用.温度作用的敏感时期在雌雄蕊形成期至花粉外壁形成期,最敏感时期在花粉母细胞减数分裂期.在光周期中,光期平均湿度起主要作用.暗期温度、日平均温度、日最高与最低温度的直接作用不明显.
The fertility changes of photoperiod-temperature-sensitive genic male sterile-line W6154S in response to temperature was studied in phytotron. The results showed that, under 14.5 hrs long day condition, the temperature sensitivity of fertility change was occurred in between the stage of the differentiation of stamen and pistil primordia and the stage of the pollen extine formation. The most sensitive stage occurred at the stage of reduction division of the pollen mother cells. Iu the photoperiodic regime, the average temperature in the light period was the key factore inducing fertility changes.In the dark period, the temperature factors, including the average, the extremely high and the extremely low temperatures, exerted no direct effect on fertility change.
