摘要
1999年和 2 0 0 0年分期播栽试验 ,研究了温度对籼型温敏核不育系 2 30 1S自交不育度和花粉败育类型的影响。结果表明 :2 30 1S的育性转换低温敏感期在花粉母细胞形成期至减数分裂期 ,约在抽穗前 17~ 11d ;生长早期的持续高温对其育性表达有一定的补偿作用 ;导致 2 30 1S自交不育的育性转换和无花粉败育类型转换的起点温度分别是 2 3℃和 2 7℃。
The effects of temperature on the bagged self seed and the abortive pollen types of indica TGMS rice line 2301S were studied by sowing on different dates in 1999 and 2000. The results showed that the fertility of rice line 2301S was mainly affected by low temperature in period from eleventh to seventeenth day before heading. Affection of continuous high temperature in early growth duration on the fertility showed compensative effect. Its critical temperature of fertility alteration and no pollen abortion typical alteration were 23℃ and 27℃ respectively.
