光敏核不育水稻育性的光温反应分析 被引量:4

摘要 对不同类型的核不育系在自然条件和人工控制条件下抽穗的花粉育性进行了连续检查,结果表明:粳型不育系02428S、农垦58S和籼型不育系8902S的育性对光长敏感,W6154S等籼型不育系对光长不敏感,因而没有发现长日—短日条件下的育性转换。所有核不育系都对温度有一定的敏感性,低温可导致不育系在长日下不同程度的育性恢复,高温又可导致不育系在短日下的败育率提高或完全败育。对光长敏感不育系的温敏时期是二次枝梗分化至花粉母细胞形成期,而温敏型不育系W6154S等是花粉母细胞减数分裂期,不育系间诱导育性彻底败育的临界温度也不同。 Photoperiod-sensitive genic-male-sterile rice (PGMSR ), which would be competely malesterile under longer daylength and almost normally fertile under shorter daylength,can be used in the two-line system of hybrid rice production. However .there is an effect of temperature on PGMSR fertility found in recent years. In this study,different male sterile lines were grown in Nanjing under natural conditions and artificially controlled conditions. The pollen fertility observed showed that the Japonica lines 02428S and Nongken 58S and the In-dica line 8902S were affected by photoperiod, while the other Indica lines had no fertility change as the daylength changed from long to short (Fig. 1, Table 1). The sterile lines were all sensitive to the temperature. Lower temperatures caused their fertility restored to various degrees under longer daylength,while higher temperatures enhanced their sterility or induced complete sterility under shorter daylength. Various sterile lines required defferent low critical temperatures to induce complete sterility. The temperature-sensitive period of photoperiod-sensitive lines was the stage from the differentiation of secondary rachis-branch prirnordia to the formation of pollen mother cells,and for temperature-sensitive lines,it was the stage of meiotic division of pollen mother cells(Table 2).
