摘要
CNC(计算机数字控制)机床图形编程中,刀具轨迹算法最为关键.本文针对二维轮廓零件的加工特点,利用图形编程理论,提出了一种CNC机床加工中二维零件的刀具轨迹算法:根据刀具偏置方向确定刀心坐标点,再采用零圆弧等距法得到二维零件轮廓的等距线.这种算法通用性好,算法简单.
it is the key that the tool path algorithm in the graphic program process of CNC machine tool.In this article, a 2D parts' tool path algorithm used in CNC manufacturing process was introduced, consideringthe characteristics of 2D pafts, based on the graphics programming theory. The theory was that the positionof tools' centre was firstly determined according to the direction in which the tool inclined. Subsequently, theoffset curves of 2D parts' contours were obtained by making use of zero round curve equidistant method. Thesaid algorithm boasts the advantages of wide application and concise process.
