有向几何在图形化数控编程系统中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了契合数控编程系统向图形化、智能化发展的方向,丰富国产数控系统的编程方式,该文对面向车间的图形化数控编程系统进行了研究,在分析有向几何理论和图形化数控编程系统的基础上,提出了利用有向几何设计图形化数控编程系统的核心算法,实现了用图形化菜单与用户交互的编程系统。实验表明,该算法具有通用性,利用此算法实现的系统具有提高编程效率,对硬件资源占用较少等优点,对国产数控系统的发展有积极作用。 For meeting the development demands of modern CNC programming system which owns the tendency of graphical and intelligent oriented, based on the Directed Geometrical theory, this paper proposed the kernel algorithms required in graphical CNC programming, a graphical CNC programming system which indudes graphical menu and user interaction function was designed as a result. Experimental results show that the kernel algorithms are in common use and the graphical CNC programming system can improve the programming efficiency effectively with low resource occupied and have great importance to China-made CNC programming.
