摘要
对基于PC机平台的HAND -CNC(人机集成型 )车床数控系统软件的结构、软件模块等进行了介绍 ,主要在人机集成的概念、快速自动跨象限圆弧插补原理、步进电机升 /降频控制等关键技术进行了阐述。该新型车床数控软件 ,在人与数控车床之间建立起了一种新的人机关系—“伙伴式”合作关系 ,使人的才能与设备的性能得以充分发挥 ,显著地提高了系统的性价比。具有广泛的应用价值。
This paper mainly introduces the research and development of HAND CNC (Man Machine Integrated NC) Lathe Numerical Control System based on Industrial personal Computer (IPC).Meanwhile, analyzes the concept of Man machine System, the quick way in circular interpolation to pass quadrants automatically, Step Motor increasing and decreasing frequency control and screw machines method. Constructing a new Man Machine relationship-“Partnership” cooperation. Each part does work good and optimize system performance efficiency. The Man Machine integrated Lathe NC system, fairly constructs Man Machine relationship, and possesses extensive prospect for application.
