摘要
目的 探讨电针 (EA)对免疫系统的影响 .方法 应用流式细胞仪技术 ,通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血 T细胞亚群以反映细胞免疫功能 ;应用红细胞 C3b受体 -酵母菌花环试验和红细胞 - IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能 .结果 电针刺激足三里穴后正常大鼠外周血的 CD4+ ,RBC- C3b RR,RBC- ICR明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,CD8+ 无显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,且 CD4+和 RBC- C3b RR呈显著正相关 (r=0 .719,P<0 .0 5 ) .免疫抑制模型大鼠外周血的 CD4+ ,RBC-C3b RR明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,CD8+ 无显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,电针治疗后各项指标与正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .非经非穴组的各项指标与正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .结论 :电针刺激足三里穴能提高正常大鼠及免疫抑制模型大鼠的细胞免疫功能和红细胞免疫粘附功能 .
AIM To reveal the influences of electroacupuncture (EA) on the immune system in rats. METHODS T lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood (including CD4 + and CD8 +) were measured by direct microvolume whole blood immunoflurescent staining technique with flow cytometer (FCM) and erythrocyte immune functions (including RBC C3bRR and RBC ICR) were observed to evaluate the immune functions of rats from different aspects. RESULTS ①The value of CD4 +, RBC C3bRR and RBC ICR in EA group was significantly higher than that of control group( P <0 01),and the value of CD8 + was not statistically different between the two groups, indicating that EA had a considerable regulative effect on the immune function. ②The variation of CD4 + was significantly relative with RBC C3bRR( r =0.719, P <0.05). ③The value of CD4 + and RBC C3bRR in immunosuppressive model group was observably lower than that of control group ( P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.01),and the value of CD8 + was not statistically different between the two groups( P >0.05),indicating that CY restrained the T lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood and the erythrocyte immune function. ④In the immunosuppressive model +EA group, no marked difference was found as compared with the control group ( P >0 05), while some significant difference was observed as compared with the immunosuppressive model group ( P <0.01). ⑤The date of the non point group were not different from those of control group ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION EA can improve cellular immune induced by T lymphocyte and red blood cell immune adherence function, which is of some significance in revealing the clinical potential of acupuncture.
