用显示溶菌酶的免疫组化方法,对大鼠睾丸巨噬细胞的出现时间及分布进行了观察.睾丸巨噬细胞出现于胚胎发育的第16天.睾丸巨噬细胞散在于睾丸索之间及白膜下.随着发育,细胞密度增加,但生后细胞密度一度下降.胚胎17天至生后1天,睾丸纵隔和附睾结合部集中了大量的巨噬细胞.
Using the immunohistochemical method for demonstration of lysozyme, a study was carried out on testicular macrophages of the Wistar rat during development. Macrophages were first identifiable in the testis on the 16th day of fetal development, three days earlier than reported. It was found that testicular macrophages scattered between testicular cords or under the tunica albuginea. The cell density increased with development, but after birth there was a temporary decrease. The macrophages were found to be concentrated in the area connecting the mediastinum and epididymis. A discussion was made on the phenomena observed in the study.
