利用程序升温反应装置 ( TPR) ,在微型反应器中对国产各种活性碳纤维 ( ACF)进行了脱除 NO的效果对比实验 ,定量测定了在不同温度下 ACF与 NO的反应产物 ,并通过程序升温脱附 ( TPD)、热重 ( TG)及扫描电镜( SEM)的研究 ,初步探讨了 ACF宏观反应机理 ,并考察了所选 ACF在不同气氛下的变化规律。实验结果表明 ,聚丙烯腈基 ACF脱除
Five kinds of activated carbon fiber (ACF) were used in the reduction of NO as reducing agent. These samples were subjected to temperature programmed reaction (TRR) in a flow of a microreactor. By use of thermogravimetry (TG), temperature programmed desorption (TPD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the ACF was evaluated and selected successfully. The macroscopic reaction mechanism of NO removal has been discussed. Moreover, the influences of O2, O2+CO, and temperature on NO reduction were examined. The test results show that NO concentration may be reduced effectively, and the best ACF was prepared from polyacrylonitrile based activated carbon fiber.
