摘要
考查了10%,20%,30%,40%的Ce-ACF对NO的净化能力,将10%Ce-ACF与HNO_3-ACF、30%Cu-ACF和20%La-ACF对NO的净化能力进行实验比较;并分别对10%,20%,30%,40%的Ce-ACF进行了热重分析(TG)实验,将10%Ce-ACF,HNO_3-ACF.30%Cu-ACF,20%La-ACF的TG曲线进行对比分析,最后选择性地进行了扫描电镜(SEM)实验.结果表明,负载稀土元素的ACF能有效改善其催化性能,负载10%的Ce时能大幅提高ACF在较低温度时的净化NO的活性,其低温活性较20%La-ACF要好,当温度大于260℃时10%Ce-ACF对NO的净化效率均在90%以上.
The ability of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% Ce-ACF to purify NO were investigated, and their best catalyst was compared with HNO3 - ACF, 30 % Cu-ACF and 20 % La-ACF respectively. The characteristics of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% Ce-ACF were estimated by TG experiment, and their TG analysis curves were analyzed and compared with the curves of HNO3-ACF, 30 % Cu-ACF and 20 % La - ACF. At last, the SEM experiment was carried out selectively. It has been shown that the ACF's activity can be mostly improved by loaded lanthanon, the 10% Ce loaded can greatly improve the activity of ACF to purify NO, its low temperature activity is better than 20% La-ACF, and the efficiency of 10% Ce-ACF to purify NO is over 90% when the temperature is higher than 260℃.
