降低城市公交柴油机碳烟和NO_x排放的实验研究

摘要 在一台485QDI直喷式柴油机上采用组合燃烧法进行试验,从进气管处喷入醇燃料形成准均质混合气,然后用电控装置控制醇燃料喷入量及其喷入时刻.试验结果表明,碳烟和NOx排放分别比原机减少50%和30%以上,同时燃料的消耗率也有大幅度降低. The experiments were carried out on a model 485DIQ diesel engine. The ethanol or methanol mixture was formed through an injector with low pressure fixed at intake duct of the engine, and the amount and time of ethanol or methanol injected controlled by an electronic unit. The experimental results showed that with the theory, the soot and NOx emissions from the engine were decreased by more than 50% 30% respectively, and the engine fuel economy also improved compared with the conventional combustion.
