摘要 目的 :研究单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ (HSV Ⅰ )在兔脑神经细胞 (RNC)中的形态与形态发生。方法 :用电子显微镜观察超薄切片 ,并拍照记录。结果 :RNC感染HSV Ⅰ 6h后 ,细胞核中即可见散在核衣壳 ,12h后细胞核和细胞质内均可见到 ,但以核内多见 ,2 4h后病毒量达高峰。胶质细胞内的核衣壳多于神经元 ,胶质细胞和神经元的细胞质内和胞外可见少量有包膜的完整病毒。病毒颗粒为圆形或椭圆形 ,核心直径 38~54nm ,核衣壳 77~ 10 0nm ,成熟病毒 115~ 12 9nm。结论 :RNC对HSV Ⅰ高度敏感 ,HSV Ⅰ在兔脑神经元和胶质细胞中的形态发生有一定的差异。 Objective:To investigate the morphology and morphogenesis of herpes simplex virus I in rabbit brain nerve cell(RNC). Methods:Ultrathin section electron microscopy was used for study.Results:Nuleocapsids were seen in nucleus at 6h post infection,both in nucleus and cytoplasm at 12h post infection,and nearly every cell at 24h post infection.Gliacyte was more sensitive than neuron.A small number of enevloped virions were observed in nucleus and cytoplasm of gliacyte and neuron.The diameters of cores,nucleocapsids and enueloped virions are 38~54nm,77~100nm and 115~129nm respectively.Conclusion:RNC was highly sensitive to HSV I.There was some difference in morphogenesis of HSV I in neuron and gliacyte.
