摘要
介绍用 1,3 间苯二甲酸二甲醇酯 5磺酸钠与EG进行酯交换合成 1,3 间苯二甲酸二乙二醇酯 5磺酸钠 ,然后加入间歇装置生产阳离子染料可染的聚酯切片的工艺过程。工艺特点 :配制时要注意加热速度、反应温度、搅拌情况及醚防剂、催化剂的加入量等 ;在缩聚时要控制第三单体加入时间、反应时间、抽真空速度、热稳定剂使用量 。
The technological process of using the ester interchange reaction of [LJ1,2,H,S(1,3,5)][JJ1;3,YS;5,YX]\{NaO\-3S\}\{COOCH\-3\}\{COOCH\-3\} and EG to compound [LJ1,2,H,S(1,3,5)][JJ1;3,YS;5,YX]\{NaO\-3S\}\{COOCH\-2CH\-2OH\}\{COOCH\-2CH\-2OH\},then adding it into the batch unit to produce cation dyeable polyester chip were introduced.While compounding,pay attention to the heating speed,reaction temperature,stirring condition and the add on of ether inhibitor and catalyst;while polycondensation controlling the add time of third monomer solution,evacuation speed,using capacity of heat stabilizer and lower the ratio of EG to PTA.
