摘要
用23%发烟硫酸、三氧化硫来制备间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM),提供以23%发烟硫酸,SO_3为磺化剂制备的最佳条件。后处理过程中,控制重结晶时滤液与结晶的分离温度,可减少产品中Na_2SO_4杂质含量并减小SIPM损失。由于磺化温度较高,粗产品色泽较深,脱色时加入一定量锌粉有明显的效果。
Optimun Process was obtained to produce Sodium-5-Sulfoisophthalic acid dimethyl ester(SIPM)form 23%fuming sulfuric acid and liquid sulfur trioxide. During later processing,controling the filter liquor in recrystal-lization and separtion temperature of crystal could reduce the Na_2SO_4 content in the product and decrease theSIPM loss,Because of the higher sulfonation temperature,coarse product had deeper colour.Adding somecontent of Zn powder had effects in the discoloring process.
