摘要
研究了乙酰丙酮氧钛(TiO(acac)2)在碳酸二苯酯(DPC)和1,4-丁二醇(1,4-BD)酯交换法合成聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)中的催化活性,并与钛酸丁酯和钛酸异丙酯催化剂进行了比较。在酯化过程中,以生成的苯酚的产率表征催化剂的活性,在缩聚过程中,以产品的数均分子量-Mn、羟基值和多分散性来表征。在优化的反应条件下,获得了分子量分布较窄的PCDL,其数均分子量为2600,羟基值为45.2 mg KOH/g。
The catalytic activity of titaniumoxide acetylacetonate(TiO(acac)2) for the transesterification between diphenyl carbonate(DPC) and 1,4-butanediol to polycarbonate diols(PCDL) was investigated,and its catalytic activity was compared with that of titanium teraisopropoxide and titanium terabutoxide.The yield of phenol was used to evaluate the catalytic activity in the esterification process,and the n,hydroxyl value and polydispersity were used as the index in the polycondensation process.Under optimal reaction conditions,PCDL with narrow molecular weight distribution was synthesized,whose n and hydroxyl value is 2600 and 45.2 mg KOH/g,respectively.
