摘要
研究了蛋壳作载体固定化脂肪酶催化棕榈油甘油解合成单甘酯的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度 2 8℃ ,甘油水含量 4 % ,甘油与油脂摩尔比 4∶1,固定化酶用量为 110U/g棕榈油 ,反应平衡时间2 4h ,单甘酯最高含量 4 4 2 % ,产率为 83% ;考察了固定化酶催化合成的稳定性 ,使用 6次后固定化脂肪酶活力仍保留 70 %。
Reaction conditions for the synthesis of monoglycerides by Lipase immobilized onto egg shell through glycerolysis of palm oil in no organic solvant system have been investigated.When the temperature,water content of glycerol,the mole ratio of glycerol to palm oil,lipase activity added and reaction time was at 28℃,4%,4∶1,110 U -1 油,24 h respectively,the highest monoglyeride content was obtainded,up to 44.2%,and the yield of monoacylglycerds was 83%.The batch operational stability of immobilized lipase was also studied.The activity of immobilized Lipase ratains 70% after reusing 6 times.
