摘要
建立了电涡流检测系统的涡流场仿真分析模型 ,分析了工作频率、测距、涡流的分布以及零件缺陷对系统中感应磁场的影响 ,并以此作为电涡流检测系统的参数设置依据。
The simulation model of electromagnetic field of eddy current inspection system was built up. The influence of frequency, inspection distance, eddy current distribution and the flaws in parts on inductive field were analyzed. According to the simulation results, the parameters of eddy current inspection system were set up.
