摘要
以一个成功企业——中建建筑承包公司的发展为例 ,论述了企业的发展必须与职员发展和谐一致 ,公司的发展离不开职员的发展 ;这种发展需要营造一种企业文化 ,通过企业文化与人的整合 ,使职员的价值取向与企业相互协调 ,从而推动公司更快、更好的发展。基于上述观点 ,作者就企业精神、企业价值观和职员的行为准则等三个方面提出了自己的观点 ,并进行了详细诠释 ,最后根据中建建筑承包公司实际情况归纳出来公司赖以发展的两条生命线——“创新 -奋发 -追求卓越”和“求实 -诚信 -规矩实在”
Taking a successful corporation——CSCEC Construction Co., Ltd. for example, this paper points out that the enterprise's development must be in harmony with the clerks and that the development of corporation must rely on the clerks'. The reciprocal development needs a kind of enterprise culture. The clerks' value tropism should be in harmony with the corporation's by the conformity power of the enterprise culture and clerks to promote the corporation toward a new height. For the above-mentioned reasons, the author puts forward some viewpoints on enterprise spirit, enterprise view of value and clerks' action rule, and gives a detailed annotation on the three aspects. According to the actual situation of CSCEC Construction Co., Ltd., the author concludes two lifelines——'innovating-promising-pursuing excellence' and 'realistic-sincere-well disciplined',which the corporation relies on.
