摘要
为创建世界知名一流理工科大学，必须加强科学研究工作，努力提高教学水平。高等学校既是培养人才的摇篮，也是科学研究的基地。科研是提高教学水平的基础，教学又反过来促进科研。努力提高科研能力和教学水平，对创建世界知名大学具有重要的意义。
Experience of the famous universities is analyzed． We can see that basic features of the famous university are creative achievements in scientific science, training of teachers and education of students． Being changed into the famous university, the key university must pay attention to scientific research and teaching．
