摘要
本文分析了国内外海洋经济发展的状况 ,提出了上海应积极发展高等海洋教育 ,并进行论证 。
The situation of Ocean Economy in China,esp.in Shanghai was reviewed.More attention should be paid on setting up Oceanographic Education System in Shanghai were suggested.
