摘要
开发海洋,向海洋要财富,变海洋优势为经济优势已成为全社会的共识。浙江省既是经济大省,又是海洋大省,为了把海洋资源优势转化为经济优势,必须大力发展海洋教育,尤其是海洋高等教育,以培养一大批具有创新精神和实践能力的海洋类专业人才。有鉴于此,海洋高等教育要树立创新的人才培养理念,提高海洋类专业人才的创新能力;以涉海类学科建设为龙头,加快海洋类专业人才培养的步伐;构建海洋类多样化的人才培养模式,增强海洋类专业人才的社会适应性;注重"基地、项目、人才"三位一体,为海洋类专业人才培养提供机制上的保证;整合海洋教育资源,尽早建成综合性海洋大学,使其成为海洋类专业人才培养的重要基地。
It has been the consensus that we should explore ocean, seek fortune from ocean and turn the ocean advantage into economic advantage. Zhejiang province is economically advantageous and boasts vast ocean area. It＇s essential to develop ocean education,esp. ,ocean higher education,which will foster a number of ocean talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Hence,marine higher education should form the idea to increase creative ability of ocean professionals. The construction of discipline about ocean should be the priority. The step to train the talents majored in marine should be accelerated. The model of training ocean diversified talents should be constructed. The adaptability of ocean talents to society should be strengthened. The integration of ＂field practice fields, projects and talents＂ should be attached much importance so as to ensure the mechanism of ocean professionals＇ fostering. Ocean educational resource should be integrated. Comprehensive ocean universities should be founded as soon as possible so that it will be a significant base to foster marine talents.
