急性胸痛的急诊室评价与处理对策 被引量：15

摘要 对急性胸痛患者作出快速的诊断及正确的处理是急诊科及心内科医师面临的严峻挑战,这不仅对保证高危患者得到及时的救治有重要意义,而且对防止漏诊、误诊,总体上降低医疗费用都有积极的影响.近年来国外通过与急诊室有关的胸痛室(chest pain unit)或胸痛中心(chest pain center,CPC)的建立,对此类患者的诊治策略进行了有意义的探索[1],这对我国开展急性胸痛的临床与科研工作具有重要的指导作用.
