胸痛的急诊诊治体会

摘要 胸痛作为首发就诊症状，在急诊工作中非常常见。其因病因不同而表现为不同部位、不同性质和程度的疼痛。对急性胸痛患者做出快速的诊断及正确的处理是急诊科及心内科医师面临的严峻挑战，不仅对保证高危患者得到及时的救治有重要意义，而且对防止漏诊、误诊，在总体上降低医疗费用都有积极的影响。本文回顾分析我院部分以胸痛为主诉的患者资料，分析发病原因，进一步总结急诊诊治中的体会，供同行借鉴。
