摘要
特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种慢性、进行性、纤维化性间质性肺炎,因缺乏有效的治疗方法,常预后不良。因此探究其发病机制,开发有效药物显得至关重要。该文回顾整理近年来有关IPF动物造模及试验方法研究,为特发性肺纤维化的药物研究提供良好的实验基础。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （ IPF ） is a severe chronic, progressive, fibrotie interstitial disease in the lung. The prognosis of this disease is unfavorable owing to the lack of effective drug therapies. So exploring the pathogenesis and the new drugs researches of PF is eagerly requested. In this article, we expect to provide a satisfactory foundation for the drug researches of IPF by reviewing and sorting the study of 1PF animal model and test methods in recent years.
