摘要
本实验采用雾化吸入平阳霉素的方法,复制小白鼠肺纤维化的模型。结果表明,吸入后15天时,肺组织形态学呈3级肺泡炎改变,肺组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著升高(P<0.001);吸入后30天时,肺组织形态学呈1级肺纤维化改变。
This experiment studied the model of pulmonary fibrosis in mouse by aerosol inhalation of pingyangmycin.The results showed that after 15 days of inhalation, the morphological changes appeared as three grade alveolitis in thd lung,and the level of lipid peroxide (LPO)in the lung also increased remarkably (P<0. 001),and that after 30 days of inhalation the change of one grade pulmonary fibrosis was observed.
