摘要 测定大鼠重复负重游泳后即刻以及恢复期第1、2、3、5小时末尿中N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)及其它蛋白组分的排出率。结果表明:运动即刻尿中NAG,γ-GT排出率明显高于对照组,并与尿总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-mG)排出率呈显著正相关,运动后尿酶排出率的恢复较尿蛋白排出率为快。 Urinary γ-GT,NAG and other urinary protein excretion rate in rats were tested at rest,immediately after repeated weight carrying swimming and at the end of the 1st,2nd,3rd and 5th hour during recovery period.The results indicated that the excretion rate of urinary γ-GT and NAG increased significantly after repeated weight carrying swimming,and had a significant positive correlation with the excretion of urinary total protein and urinary β-microgloblin.The recovery speed of urinary enzyme excretion rate was faster than that of urinary protein excretion rate.
