摘要
本文研究了男性大学生和不同项目的男性运动员,在实验室和运动现场几种形式的运动后,对尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷(NAG)酶以及其它尿蛋白排出率的影响。结果表明不同形式运动后尿NAG酶排出率增加,并且与尿总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)和β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)排出率相关。由于不同形式运动后尿肌酐的变化不规律,运动后尿NAG排出率的计算可采用单位时间排出量的方法(mu/min)。
Ordinary male university students and male athletes of different sports event were selected to performdifferent forms of exercise in laboratory and sports field, after the exercise, their urinary NAG enzyme andother urinary protein excretion rate were tested. The results indicated that urinary NAG enzyme excretionrate increased after different forms of exercise and related with the excretion rate of urinary total protein(TP), urinary albumin and urinary β_2-microglobulin. Because of the irregular changes of urinary creatinine after exercise, our suggestion is that, instudying the postexercise urinary NAG enzyme excretion rate, the metbod of excretion capacity per minute(mu/min.) should be adopted.
