摘要
建立了水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫、氯霉素、磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类等6大类共计49种抗生素药物同时检测样品制备方法。采用本方法进行上述49种抗生素药物同时检测时,在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.99以上;不同浓度水平添加回收率范围在57.6%~100.5%之间,回收率稳定;相对标准偏差范围在1.6%~10.0%之间。
The sample preparation method for simultaneously detecting six categories and 49 kinds of antibiotics of malachite green, crystal violet, chloramphenicol, sulfa, quinolone and macrolides in aquatic products were set up.49 kinds of antibiotic drugs had a good linear relationship in the corresponding concentration range , and all the correlation coefficients were more than 0.99.The recovery of fortified samples in different concentration levels was stable , which was from 57.6%to 100.5%.Relative standard deviation area was between 1.6%and 10.0%.
