The General Introduction of Analyzing Residues of Macrolide Antibiotics in Meat Products

摘要 在家畜饲养过程中,为提高抗病能力,预防家畜传染病和寄生虫病的发生,提高饲料利用率,经常会在家畜饲料中添加各种兽药。但有一些不法饲养者、饲料生产商,为了追求片面的经济利益,过量加入或是在明令禁止添加的动物生长期加入,造成了兽药残留。而后通过食物链进入人体,对人类健康构成严重威胁。本文对动物源食品中大环内酯残留的危害,残留原因作一介绍,并主要对其残留分析的检测方法进行综述。 Breeders usually add some medicines for animals into the feed in order to improve the abilities of disease - resistant, prevent infectious and paraside diseases of domestic animals from occurring. Even in order to get one- sided profit, some lawless breeders and producers of feed add extortionate medicines or add at growth period prohibited by official order, which caused the residues of medicines. The residues move into human body through food chain so that the health of human beings is threatened seriously. This article introduce the harm of macrolide antibiotics in meat products, the reasons of residues, and mainly describe the methods for analyzing residues.
