摘要
目的与方法 紫外分光光度法测定替米考星的含量。结果 替米考星水溶液的最大吸收波长为 2 91nm。在此波长下 ,替米考星水溶液工作曲线回归方程为A =0 .0 2 2 39C +0 .0 0 94 6 ,相关系数r =0 .9997,浓度在 0 0 0~ 5 1 6 0 μg/ml范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系 ,加样平均回收率为 (10 1.7± 3.8) % ,RSD为 3.7%。结论 该方法操作简便易行 ,结果准确 。
Objective and Methods To develop an ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of tilmicosin. Results Maximum absorption wavelength of tilmicosin was 291nm, and linearity of tilmicosin was good in the range of 0.00 to 51.60 μg/ml. The regression equation was A=0.022 39C+0.009 46,r=0.999 7. Mean recovery was (101.7±3.8)%,and RSD was 3.7%. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, and the result is reliable. It can be used to determine the tilmicosin.
