摘要
研究绿豆萌发期抗旱指标,为绿豆品种抗旱性鉴定和品种筛选提供理论依据。试验采用15%PEG6000作为渗透介质进行模拟干旱胁迫,测定绿豆发芽率、发芽势、胚芽长、胚根长。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,所有品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等指标均呈显著下降,并抑制了胚芽和胚根的生长发育。以相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对胚芽长、相对胚根长、萌发抗旱指数以及相对活力指数为依据,通过隶属函数法综合分析绿豆品种抗旱性分为3类,强抗旱品种为‘良丰1号’、‘HX04037’和‘榆绿1号’,中抗旱性品种为‘嫰绿1号’、‘兴绿1号’、‘天山大明绿’、‘西绿1号’、‘绿宝绿豆’、‘赤绿3号’、‘白绿1号’、‘中绿1号’、‘晋绿1号’、‘八宝绿豆’、‘中绿6号’、‘冀北12-1号’、‘鑫绿1号’和‘HX04050’,弱抗旱性品种为‘绿珍珠2号’、‘ZKY-2’、‘白绿522’和‘邯绿8号’。因此,绿豆的发芽率、发芽势、胚芽长、胚根长可作为萌发期抗旱性鉴定的参考指标。
The study analyzed the drought-resistance indexes of Vigna radiata at germination stage to provide theoretical basis for identifying drought resistance and screening V. radiate species. 15% PEG6000 was used to induce drought stress in the experiment. The germinating energy, germination rate, seed germ and root lengths were measured. The results showed that the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vitality were markedly decreased. The length of embryonic root and embryonic bud also were decreased under drought stress. According to the relative germination rate, relative germination energy, relative embryonic bud length and relative embryonic root length, germination drought-resistance index and relative vitality index, varieties of V. radiata included three types with membership function method. The highdrought resistance was 'Liangfeng 1', 'HX04037', 'Yulti 1'; the middle drought resistance were 'Nenlii 1', 'Xinglu 1', 'Tianshandaminglti', 'Xilti 1', ' Lubao', ' Chilii 3', ' Bailii 1', 'Zhonghi 1', 'Jinlti 1', ' Babao', 'Zhonglti 6', 'Jibeil2-1', 'Xinlii 1', 'HX04050'; the low drought resistance was 'Luzhenzhu 2', 'ZKY-2', 'Bailu 522', ' Hanlu 8'. Therefore, the germinating energy, germination rate, seed germ and root lengths can be used as effective indicators for drought resistance identification at germination stage of V. radiata.
