摘要
介绍了一种利用嵌入式系统实现回转窑无线温度检测的方法。首先在回转窑表面采用多支热电偶插入炉衬一定深度进行温度检测,然后利用嵌入式系统对各路热电偶信号进行采集、处理及传输,最终得到所需的温度数据,其中利用无线通信实现随窑转动的信号处理单元与窑旁固定的信号处理单元之间的信号传输。通过该系统能够高效地完成回转窑温度测量,相对于传统测温方法,节省了成本,系统更加稳定,调试更加方便。
A kind of method was introduced on wireless temperature measurement in rotary kiln by using embedded system. Firstly ,multi-thermocouples were used to measure the temperature inside the brasque of the rotary kiln,and then the signals from the thermocouples were collected,processed and transferred by an embedded system,finally,the system gets the temperature data. In which wireless communication technology was widely used in the transmission of the signal. The method of using the embedded system makes it more efficiently to complete temperature measurement in rotary kiln. Compared to the traditional method, It was cost savings ,more stable ,and easier to debug.
