光频域反射光纤测温系统在整车热管理中的应用

摘要 文章研究了基于光频域反射技术的瑞利散射光分布型光纤测温系统(FBI-Gauge),将该系统布置在车辆上,应用于整车热管理的稳态和瞬态工况的温度测量,与传统热电偶的测量结果相比较,可以得出:光纤测量不仅与热电偶测温结果基本一致,而且能够更直观地显示出被测物体整个几何面在每个时刻的温度分布。 The optical fiber temperature measuring system ( FBI - Gauge) based on Rayleigh scattering reflected by OFDR is studied and applied on vehicle thermal management to measure exhaust temperature of steady and transient condition. By comparing the results measured by traditional thermo- couple, both results are in good agreement, and the results of fiber can show temperature distribution of the whole component.
