摘要
根据医学院校教学质量管理实际需要,就教学质量评估奖励系统建设重新进行了思考。认为建立教学质量评估奖励机制,对于充分调动教学人员参与教学质量建设的积极性至关重要,围绕教学质量评估奖励系统建设,从四个方面开展了讨论。
According to the quality management of medical college teaching and practical needs,this article did the research on the construction of rewarding system of teaching quality evaluation. This article concluded that the establishment of the rewarding mechanism of teaching quality evaluation was essential to arouse the teaching staff’s enthusiasm to participate in the construction of teaching quality. Based on the teaching quality evaluation system construction, this article was done research from four aspects.
