摘要
为筛选出活性较高的寡糖,采用浸种试验,研究了几种常见的海洋寡糖(海藻酸钠寡糖、几丁寡糖和壳寡糖)对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,3种寡糖浸种处理均能促进小麦种子的萌发。海藻酸钠寡糖对小麦幼苗生长促进效果最好,且以0.05%水平时效果最佳,发芽指数和活力指数分别比清水对照提高12.96%和14.74%,不定根数增加12.13%;几丁寡糖也可促进不定根生成,且海藻酸钠寡糖、几丁寡糖均能增加小麦叶片中叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量;壳寡糖对小麦幼苗促生长效果不显著。相对而言,海藻酸钠寡糖作为新型植物生长调节剂更具开发前景。
In order to filter out the high activity of oligosaccharides and provide a theoretical basis for their application in agriculture,the effects of seed soaking with three common marine oligosac-charides（alginate derived oligosaccharides, chitin oligosaccharides and chitosan oligosaccharides） on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were studied in this paper. The results showed that the three oligosaccharide treatments promoted the seed germination and the seedling growth of wheat. Among them, the alginate oligosaccharides had the best promoting-growth effects on wheat seedlings compared to other two oligosaccharide treatments, with the optimum level of 0.05%. The germination index,the vitality index and the number of shoot-borne roots increased by 12.96 %, 14.74% and 12.13% ,respectively. The chitin oligosaccharides also promoted the formation of shoot-borne roots of wheat. The two oligosaccharides significantly increased the concentrations of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves. However,the chitosan oligo-saccharides had no significant promoting-growth effects on wheat seedling. Relatively,the application of alginate derived oligosaecharides,as a new plant growth regulator,was more promising.
