摘要 应用^(14)C—同位素示踪技术在小麦孕穗期(过湿逆境条件下)对小麦叶片C_3光合酶双磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(RuBPC)活性及产量性状表现等进行研究。结果表明:小麦叶片光合酶RuBPC活性经过湿处理后下降显著,供试品种间光合酶RuBPC活性下降的程度和RuBPC活性恢复能力具有明显差异,这种差异和用主茎绿叶片数及产量性状鉴定耐湿性的差异一致。因此,可从光合生理角度,根据叶片光合酶RuBPC活性变化对小麦品种耐湿性进行评价。 The leaf RuBPC activity of wheat varieties under waterlogging stress during the booting stage was determined by 14C-tracer techniques. The RuBPC activity significantly was reduced after waterlogging. The reduction degree and recovery ability of leaf RuBPC activity were significantly different among wheat varieties. The grades of waterlogging tolerance of wheat varieties determined by leaf RuBPC activity was nearly the same as determined by green leaf number and yield characters. Therefore it is possible to evaluate waterlogging tolerance of wheat varieties by changes in leaf RuBPC activity.
